Not writing for long 'cos my hand hurts. I thought I was getting symptoms because of wrist exercises but it turns out I've got a minor flare up - I've got a little lumpy swelling in the back of my hand. So, no weights for me to hold tomorrow - I had been looking forward to my monthly measurement of strength (estimate of 1RM for the connoisseurs). Still, did my 30min cardio hillwalking today and felt the better for it. Good luck all.

Hi Alice,

Well I have walked and walked and walked today, I am in Norway, made up my mind yesterday tea time and flew out to see my daughter with my younger daughter. No I didn´t walk there but I did walk lots. We have just arrived and having a cuppa, I will keep in touch each day. I am feeling really good myself with all my exercise, actually I have been sensible with what I eat the last few weeks and I have lost 11lbs. This too has really spurred me on. Sorry to hear you have had a flare hope you feel better soon. Lorna x

Hi Everyone,

Well my exercises have caught up with me, today I am exhausted and I ache. Have just taken it easy today, cant believe how much this floors me.

I have been in Norway lots of times I love coming over, the last time I was here we borrowed my daughters car and did a trip up north. The views are amazing the Fjords are beautiful, saw different glaciers too. The mountain roads and passes are scary, I took so many pictures. Its like another world, taking a boat on the Fjords is one of my favorites.

I do hope you are all well and soldiering on. Sending lots of love Lorna xx Smile

Hi Lorna,
Glad you are having a good time in Norway.
Sorry you are so exhausted though, but it shows that our bodies with RA cannot withstand a punishing exercise regime, you need to take it more gently.
Hope you feel better tomorrow.

Love, Doreen xx
